Hello everyone.

This is my very first posting EVER!

Can somebody help me to view the captured videos taken with the spv m2000 on my PC? I am using XP Professional.

It seems that there is an incompatability. I have download some freeware mp4 players and also uprgaded Mediaplayer and Realplayer (free edition) but I cannot make the files play on my PC.

What am I doing wrong? What do I need to do?

Thanks.

I log on my PC, I can see all my files. They are in the default directory created by ActiveSynk (My doc... M2000... ).

I open the video file which loads with Microsoft Media Player 10 and strait away I get this message.

"Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file."

I also have dragged the file from the pda to the pc but with the same result. :x

what is the correct way?

Have you tried a different media player? pv player for example?

If it's like the C500 videos, Quicktime plays them with sound.
