Guest vijovame Posted July 9, 2005 Report Posted July 9, 2005 I have the 1.40 rom from i-mate, it has the 1.12 radio, i downloaded the lastest radio 1.13 and want to flash it on my blueangel, i nee to reflash all or just the radio? and how? if i can flash only the radio...
Guest Pondrew Posted July 9, 2005 Report Posted July 9, 2005 You can flash only the radio BUT it will still hard reset your device. I.E. you will lose all documents, programs and settings on your device. See the Blue Angel wiki pages at XDA-Developers.com as it has instructions on how to do this upgrade. Bear in mind, as ever, that this is not straightforward and may turn your device into an expensive paperweight.

About the bluetooth, I see what the bluetooth is with very short range, what I can do for it? because with my MPx220 I get more range than my XDA IIs, I have build 3900, its not urgent but if i can get more range will be better. In general, I LOVE MY XDA IIs!!!!, more than my MPx220.... Thank You Pondrew...
Guest vijovame Posted July 11, 2005 Report Posted July 11, 2005 No probsĀ :) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Pondrew, do you know how to fix the bluetooth problem? the short range bluetooth? I nee more coverage...Thanks...

I did hear that higher radio versions were meant to extend the range but given you've already updated the radio I guess that didn't help. Will let you know if I come across anything that will help...
