Guest ric Posted July 9, 2005 Report Posted July 9, 2005 About the Program: RJV Sound Recorder is a FREE handy utility for recording sounds. This application lets you record sounds then use them as ringtones, system sounds, or SMS tones etc. You can record sounds directly to a folder in \Storage Card. Screenshots: Download Link: http://www.airfagev.com/downloads1.asp?id=116 == Had a minor problem downloading this though - needed to right click the link and use the "save Target As" function. Other than that seems to work like clockwork.. :) Post edited by pzee: Added screenshots plus additional info to the news article.
Guest Confused Stu Posted July 9, 2005 Report Posted July 9, 2005 OK, dumb question. What's the advantage of installing this over using the built-in sound recorder and then moving the file to Application Data/Sounds? Is it just more convenient or am I missing something? Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining - it's still good to see Rey Vegafria developing apps after some of his excellent other ones! :)
Guest confused and hungover Posted July 11, 2005 Report Posted July 11, 2005 link? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> would be handy :)

Guest Tech Posted September 7, 2005 Report Posted September 7, 2005 for me this will be good. know why? ive been having problems with NTL - they are so THICK and STUPID basically got broadband from them (unfortunatly that was the only choice) when I moved for my work placement. Company agreed to pay for it as long as it wasnt a 12 month contract (because I was late in deciding if i should get broadband etc...) Phoned up and they said "yeh yeh no contract etc.." Ok, end of year.. what happens? I cancel the contract... they said oh you cant do that because its 12 months etc... the usual crap they give. So I sent a letter to their HQ no reply. 12 weeks after, every 3rd day I STILL recieve a phone call "oh do you know you have xxxx amount that is due to us?" uh.. yeh... check the notes... doofus everytime... so this tool can now record (on my 512MB miniSD!!) the conversations we have so I can take them to court for harrasment and to show that they do not log anything on their system! thanks alot mate :o
Guest alcalina Posted September 25, 2005 Report Posted September 25, 2005 this program make the battery life longer? because the voice recorder in the intenal memory consumes a lot of battery i can record about 2 -3 hours of voice after this. battery blow up maybe recording in storage card i can get more time
