Does anyone knowi f there is a way to block only specific callers. For example, if there is a person whom you never want to speak to is there a way to make only thier number go directly to voicemail while still leaving all other numbers fully functional? Any ideas at all?

Try SmartFilter or FilterOne. Personally, I use SmartFilter and it does exactly what you are speaking of, and from what I've read, FilterOne does it also, but also has the capability to reject text messages as well. They're both worth a look.
