Audible missed call alert

Does anyone know of a way that a Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition phone can be configured to give an audible alert once every few minutes to remind you that you have missed a call or maybe that you have an unread message? I miss this feature from my old phone (especially when the display on the Windows phone is usually dimmed after a period of no use). I can't see any way to do this in the standard features. If not does anyone know of any add-on software that could do this?
