Im giving it a full charge before I start playing so I can gauge battery life. The suspense is killing me :)

bugger I thought they were coming with a 512Mb mini-sd. looks like the memory card size varies depending upon where you get it.

Apparently only silver for the C550, bit of a shame but it's still looks pretty nice. Mine should be ariving soon :). Also what size mSD card does it arrive with? I've heard some talk of both 128 and 512MB?

Still no cradle though. I'll miss that when I finally replace my SPV E200 :cry:

Havent had must chance to play as the boss is in the office, but from first impressions the sound quality and screen resolution are both excellent. I will have a chance to play this afternoon and will post more impressions then.

The main annoyance is the rubber flap that covers the usb port and headphone socket!!! That has to go!!!

its a millimetre thicker according to orange's website and a little less battery life (probably due to the better screen).

neither of these are stopping me

just ordered mine from Orange, delivery tomorrow !!!!!

I held the dummy phone in the store and while it is noticably thicker than the C500 it is still quite acceptable in size (to me at least)

I remember my Original SPV! That thing was like carrying a breeze block!

SPACERACE: The specs say about a 1.2mm difference, you reckon thats about right ?

Had dumped it in a drawer years back and never used it anymore, but resurrected the other day and is coming in rather handy as an emergency phone at work... :)

Im not expecting any major differences from my C500, but its the whole new gadget thing! Has to be done doesnt it ?! :D
