I have a problem the USB smartphone driver in Device Manager has gone. Now activesync opens but doesn't see my phone.

Is there a way someone could tell me of, that will solve this issue.

Thankyou.

I did try installing activesync again.

But today after nothing has changed, it works again.

How can something work one day then not the next?

Most of the computer is new.

Thanks again for your help.

Do you mean that SmartPhone USB Sync has gone from Device Manager? (Assuming Win XP here.) Try connecting the phone and doing a Scan for hardware changes. Does that help?
