Orange Backup on C500 not working

Is anyone else having trouble with Orange backup/restore on the C500? I want to do a backup before upgrading the ROM but everytime I get the following error.

"Error" The server was not able to process your request, please try again.

This has been happening for just over a day now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having the exact same problem. I created a new account as well just in case there was something wrong with my old one (not used it for ages) but it still returns the same error.

Perhaps we're unlucky and the backup server is very busy with other users backing up their phones in preparation for loading the new ROM.

Yep, experiencing same problem here, and I usually backup every day so I know the settings and everything are all fine.

As you say, must be server saturation.

I had the same problem on my E200 yesterday. Works fine now. Obviously a technical fault with server or something which has now been fixed :)
