Help trying to activesync other files

At the moment when I activesync my phone with my computer only calendar, inbox and contacts are synchronized. I would like to create another folder to synchronize, to add other files (such as podcasts) to spv c500. No luck so far. Is it possible? Do I need another program? Can it be done via bluetooth.

Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.

It can't be done with the Smartphone platform.

You'll have to copy & paste manually.
