New rom update - what happened to Passthru

what happened to the passthrough internet feature on the update of the C500...

i used it alot, and after the up(down)date its gone?? anyone else experiencing same problems??

I'm not saying it works, but don't you select Automatic in Settings, Data Connections, Internet and then connect phone to PC ?

but wasn't there a seperate setting for it besides automatic, it actually said 'pass through connection'. has anyone got a non-updated c500 to test it on? just activesync and go to the connections settings...

You might need to go into the PC's activesync program and check under Tools-Options-Rules for pass through settings.

doh!! i reinstalled windows on my home PC and i never checked out those settings... all good now. i normally pass-thru my laptop but for few days i have reverted back to old home pc, as laptop is being borrowed by a friend. thanx martin - u really are as stated 'technical advisor'
