mp3 to wav converter

Is there any software that runs on a smartphone that will convert an mp3 to a wav file which could be used as a ringtone or sms notifier?

I've searched using google but can't seem to find anything.

i dont know of any on a smartphone, but it takes about 3 minutes to convert an mp3 into .wav or other with sony sound forge audio. you can cut bits of the song and edit as u wish really easy !

Or, as mentioned elsewhere today, Google for the freeware dbPowerAMP which rips your CDs and can convert between MP3 & wav :)

I've never heard of an app to do it on the phone but then MP3s can be used as ringtones with the newer models anyway
