Guest illwill Posted July 16, 2005 Report Posted July 16, 2005 Hi, I have an MPx200 that i've had for only about 9 months but over the past month or so its been acting up. The display never wants to light up unless i squeeze the sides together (it reminds me of an old nintendo game where you had to jam it in just right to get it to work) and most of the time I can only use the phone on speakphone mode because on a phone call no sound works unless its on speaker. But now the speakerphone function is getting worse, its real low now. So anyhow, I need a new phone and was thinking about spending about $300 or less USD. I have T-Mobile and I was thinking about the MPx220. What are your thoughts on this new purchase, or do you have any other suggestions that I can consider? Thank you for your input, I plan on making my purchase in about 2 weeks.
Guest xda-rocks Posted July 16, 2005 Report Posted July 16, 2005 If you prefer flip-phones, then your only real option at the moment is the MPx220. I love mine and with the latest ROM is much faster and has WMP10 - go get one now!
Guest illwill Posted July 16, 2005 Report Posted July 16, 2005 I like flip phones, yes. How long have you had your MPX220?
Guest Disco Stu Posted July 17, 2005 Report Posted July 17, 2005 My advice would be to have a read of the MPx220 section on this forum :)
