m2000, m500 or c500?

I currently have an SPV C500, but I wan't to upgrade to either the c550, m500 or m2000 (even though my contract hasn't run out yet). I'm gonna do what I done last year: reduce my current contract to the lowest price (£15 or something) and get a new contract with one of the phones I stated above. I can't be bothered waiting for delivery from the Orange site or OCS, so I'm gonna phone the retail stores in Belfast City Centre tomorrow to see if they have the phones in stock. If anyone has one of the phones I stated above, could they please post a short review/suggestions/advice here.

At the minute, my plan is to sell my c500 to a friend for £100 (which he has already offered me!) and get an m2000 on a £50 contract which will cost me £99. I would go for the M500, but the one thing that puts me off it is its lack of keyboard. I text alot and I think I'd find it would take me alot longer to use an on-screen keyboard. Is it easy to get used to texting with an on-screen keyboard? A solution to this could be to buy a keyboard for it, but they all seem quite big. The roll up keyboard wouldn't be very suitable as you need a flat surface to use it. I'd need a keyboard that I could use on the move! The m500 also has the advantage of the 1.3 MP camera, which the m2000 doesn't have.

One of the main things that attracted me to the m2000 was the WiFi, although you can use the WiFi SD cards to use WiFi on the M500.

Now you see my dilema. LOL. Any help would be much appreciated!

Cheers!

Well, I went into town today and couldn't get a decent deal from Orange, so I went to O2 and got me an O2 XDA IIs (same as SPV M2000) :), So I'm well chuffed! Any advice on essential Do's and Don'ts etc would be greatly appreciated!
