SD Card Problem

Hello!

I have an E200 and a 128mb Kingston SD card. The problem I am having is that it wont let me install programs to the card. When I try to install a new program it asks me where to install the program it lets me select \Storage Card, I click ok and it things about it for 4-5 seconds and then tells me that the program can not be installed to this location and takes me back to the choose location screen. Any Ideas???

The Card is not set to write protect, I can transfer files to it via active sync or my card reader and they work fine (MP3’s movie files etc..) also it wont let me save photos to the card, when I take a photo, it tries to save the pic and then tells me it cant save as its an invalid path! I have reformatted the card (via PC & Card reader) a couple of times, tried removing the volume label, I am running out of ideas and running out of phone memory!! Any help would be fantastic.

Try formatting the card with Binarys Task Manager this has been known

to fix card problems.

Another problem to be aware of with the E200 is that does not like dual layer memory cards. One of the main make most people use is Sandisk.
