UK Vodafone payg settings for SPV M1000

Could anyone please help me to enter the UK Vodafone PAYG settings on my M1000 so I can send MMS and acess the internet. Someone posted a cab file on here but it was the contract settings and was for the M2000. I presume they would work on the M1000 but the contract settings are I think different I think to the payg ones.

Any help at all would be much appreciated.
