SPV C500 Bluetooth

Hi. Had the SPV C500 for some time now and have recently been told by a member of ORANGE staff, that it is possible to download a programme for my phone that should enable me to formard items via Bluetooth, as at the moment i am only able to receive. Can anyone give me any guides as to where i can find said info, or point me in the right direction.
