c500 won't power on

I got a problem with my C500.

My c500 won't power on!

First i thought is was the battery,

but when I use the charger the only thing happens is a red ligt instead of a orange light.

anyone familier with this problem?

I got the same problem

my c500 hardly power on. after i waited for one day, it powered on, but it halt shortly, then i can't power on it. wait for another one day ....

i had hard reset it.

someone help us. thanks a lot.

When you connect your charger, is there also a red led on?

Are you charging using the power adapter, or thru usb to the computer? I noticed on my C500 that if I ran the battery all the way down, I had to use the real power adapter to charge it.

But I already contacted Orange.

When I buyed this phone, i've also buyed an insurance. So tommorow they will pickup the phone and return it in a week.
