Guest Geeklord Posted July 18, 2005 Report Posted July 18, 2005 I upgraded my activesync version and renewed my partnership with my pc. Since then, I can't connect with the smart secure server. I think my partnership had overwritten some settings needed for smart secure. I'd like to just hard reset the phone and get the original settings back, but I can't back up my contacts with activesync. so I run the risk of losing all of my contacts. I'd appreciate any help you can throw my way.
