HTC repairs offered me a new case?

Im on my 5th handset (they have all been full of dust after a short time) so I thought I'd give HTC a call, I asked him if the repair actually worked and he said they have a new front section which definetly fixes the problem.

Has anyone else had their phone fixed from HTC recently?

Yeh actually i did, There was a Big Speck Of dust in my C500 so i rang HTC and they got rid of it for me, after 1 week it came back and after being in my pocket, The dust came back.
