SPV C550 IR

I had an SPV C500 and the IR on the phone was very small, anyone know why the C550 IR is almost 3 times bigger :shock:

Is it just for better line of sight or has orange improved the IR on this phone, wonder if you could use this IR as a TV remote 8)

I think it's just the cover that is bigger.

Yeah, take a look at a Nokia 6310i - you'd believe that the IR goes halfway around the phone.
