Cannot send MMS (unlocked SMT-5600) T-Mobile

I've been searching for days and cannot find the answer. I am on T-Mobile USA with an unlocked Audiovox SMT-5600. I can get on the internet fine and send sms messages fine but I cannot send MMS. In my settings/data connections/gprs connections there is no option for "Connects to: MMS Network" I have all the settings for Configurations/MMS Setting matching what is posted here.

I have the same question, but for Switzerland and Swisscom. Does anybody know the MMS settings for the C550 please?

I have exactly the same problem - cannot use MMS on T-Mobile USA because of no "MMS Network" option. Please help.
