Sync Contacts onto Sim Card, Possible?

Is it possible to sync the contacts onto the sim card?

By sync you mean copy to SIM? I use Jeyo Mobile Companion to copy phone contacts to SIM.

Open Jeyo > open Contacts folder on left pane > highlight Phone Memory > on the right pane select the Contact you want to copy or Ctrl+A to select all > right click mouse > Copy to ...and you'll see this

Or, you could try, Programs>9 more>9 more> accessories>SIM manager

that puts them all on, BUT The only way I could find to edit or remove them was to stick my sim card into a friends C500 ! !

I dont have the sim manager option in my phone. It would be nice to be able to save a little bit more room on the phone storage since my contact list is almost reaching 300 people.

In that case, I suggest you not use the SIM card since it is only capable of storing numbers and not any other contact information. I recommend just organizing the contacts list (i.e. set up categories for contacts and just use the filters whenever possible) so you can navigate it easier. Other than that, make sure you haven't had duplicate entries for a single person and just add numbers for a single contact into a single entry in Outlook so you can navigate the contacts list, select the contact and the rest of their numbers is selectable - just select the number of the contact that's open and dial. That's what I do, but I know what you mean by getting a huge contact list and having to deal with it - sometimes its a pain being popular! 8)
