I am not a wmv fan as I encode most of my video files in AVI format. I have several flicks on my 512MB mini-SD, all of them encoded using PocketDivX Encoder (XviD codec at 25-29 fps frame rate) and all plays fine on TCPMP. :)

Have you encoded the wmv for playback on a portable device? If you've copied the video file straight from your PC with no conversion then it will play on your phone... just very slow!

Obviously if you downloaded a video that was already made for your phone then you can ignore what I've said, otherwise grab a copy of windows media encoder and change the file to be played on a portable device!

Good luck!
