How To Backup Cingluar SMT5600 Rom

Hello,

I have two SMT5600's, one I just purchased from Cingular, and one from ATT Wireless last year. I'm looking for instructions on how to backup the ROM from the Cingular phone, so I can update the ATT phone with the Cingular ROM.

I've found instructions on how to backup a ATT ROM, but not a Cingular ROM
