Where are the custom ringtones in contacts stored?

Hi ALL

can any one say me the path where all the custom ringtones in contacts are stored.

and will i be able access this path and custom ringtones through my program.

i am using WinCE 3.0 Tool and SmartPhone 2002.

i am stuck in this , could any one please help me.
