Guest scrattyrat Posted July 20, 2005 Report Posted July 20, 2005 Hi I have an SDA music which has a joystick for navigation. This is fine except after 4 mths or so plenty of dust/pocket debris has gathered around the joystick and got right down into the hole it protrudes from, causing movements of the joystick to not always get registered by the phone. As you can imagine this is quite frustrating and id like to clean it out - has anyone ever disassembled an SDA or SDA music or o2 Xphone to do this, or better still is there an alternative method to clean around the joystick? I assume this will also come to affect users of the new C550 which also makes use of a joystick for navigation and will be at risk from the same problem. Thanks very much! :-)
Guest Paraklas Posted July 20, 2005 Report Posted July 20, 2005 First I use the corner of a piece of paper which I take the "big" debris away and then compressed air spray to clean it.
