I've been having a look round but can't find any cases that are designed for the M500. I've seen silicone and metal cases for the iMATE Jam/QText S100 etc. but nothing for the M500 yet.

Their screen protectors are the best I have seen. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Thanks for the tip, I sent an email to them regarding specific cases for the M500 and this is the reply Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately we do not have a JAVOSkin available for the M500 at this time. It has been confirmed that the XDA II mini / imate JAM version does not fit the M500. We are currently looking into the possibility of creating cases for the M500 specifically. Please stay tuned. Hopefully it'll be sooner rather than later as the silicone cases they have are the kind of thing I want.
