Guest removed-2 Posted July 20, 2005 Report Posted July 20, 2005 I have a C500 that I want to auto-answer on the headset profile (or any other profile if its possible) however even tho the profile is set to auto-answer at 3 secs it doesn't. I have got the original headset plugged in but it just won't work. Any ideas?
Guest removed-2 Posted July 21, 2005 Report Posted July 21, 2005 Would there be any value in hard resetting this phone to resolve the problem? Thanks Mark
Guest chucky.egg Posted July 21, 2005 Report Posted July 21, 2005 That seems a bit drastic I've just tried it on my C500 and it does answer after 3 seconds (or so), but what I found was that my headphone socket was so full of cr@p that I had to scrape some out before it would noticed the headset plug in there.

I cant remember the exact key- found it in some other post) Any more help is very much appreciated. Thanks Mark
