"Psiloc Mobile Mouse is an application, which transforms your Windows Mobile Smartphone into Bluetooth computer mouse. You don't need any additional software on your computer (as long as you have Windows XP with Service Pack 2 installed). Your phone will be recognized as a mouse automatically."

Your phones navigation pad is used to move the pointer around the screen, and the soft keys are used for the left and right mouse buttons. I can't see this becoming a mouse replacement. However, this would be really handy if you do a lot of PowerPoint presentations. I wonder what kind of distance you would get on something like this. I would expect that I could walk around the meeting room without any issues.

But what is the use of it? only for power point presentations? Then you can better use a remote control app for powerpoint. I don't think I'm ever going to use this..

It's got to be a must have toy app :) but is does also reduce having to carry around another controller.

This can be done for free with Kingherc's remote PC control program (which you can download from modaco).. and with that app you can control the keyboard too, so I can't see why anyone would buy this..

Alternatively buy a wireless optical mouse/keyboard? Mine works a treat :)

It had a few installation hic-ups, but after restarting my phone and my laptop it works fine. It's on my SMT5600. It only moves the mouse straight up and down, and straight left and right, but no big deal. You just start the application on your phone, and then go to My Bluetooth Places on the computer and pair the two devices by double clicking.
