*Send Phone Off to Unlock WAP Settings*

i have tried it all. with an 02 genie sim card and an unlocked i mate sp3i and i cannot work out how the gprs works or wap.

people on this forum have tried to send me links to the settings but i cant work out how to do it, and if i followed instructions it wont work.

is there a place where i cud send off my phone or take my phone to help me configure my internet settings and MMS settings before i lose my hair !!! i am begginning to regret changing my phone because this one seems hard to sort out.

if there is not a place, are there files used to insert in my phone that will change the settings automatically ??

please help !
