Guest brainier Posted July 22, 2005 Report Posted July 22, 2005 The default mode for the video capture on the C550 is MPEG4. If I copy this video to my desktop I cannot view it. Anyone know what application or codec I need to install to view it, or more prefered to be able to convert it so that it runs on a default Windows installation. That way I can email the file to family and not have to do a support call on how to view it... And I cannot recapture the video using a different format as it was a one off event and my 14 month old daughter does not do repetition! Thanks

Guest brainier Posted July 22, 2005 Report Posted July 22, 2005 Thanks. I had read somewhere that QuickTime had removed the MPEG4 codecs, but having just installed it I see that was not a true statement!
