Guest gorcorps Posted July 26, 2005 Report Posted July 26, 2005 Haven't got .wma to work yet... I know you need the 2003 OS for it, and you need to encode with microsofts palm encoder (or something like that). The midis need to be mid0 format. I use .wav ringtones, and those need to be encoded in PCM format.

Guest Disco Stu Posted July 26, 2005 Report Posted July 26, 2005 Use Windows Sound Recorder on your PC (Start, Programs, Accessories, Entertainment) to Save As PCM format.
Guest m1.carson Posted August 15, 2005 Report Posted August 15, 2005 (edited) Hi, I use Jet Audio to trim the tone to the required length, recording the output in .WAV format. bit rate 88kbps audio sample rate 8 bit channels 1 [mono you dont need stereo for a ring tone] audio sample rate 11 kHz audio format PCM 11 seconds is about 130K. and use Jeyo Personaliser to select them, a wonderfull freebie prog..
