Music wont sync to C550

Hi

I have bought every SPV on day of release, I really like them, love using them as portable music players, so I purchased the C550 with the dedicated music media buttons............ and ain't it flaming marvelous that I can't install music onto it.

I'm using Windows music player to sync tracks. it starts to sync but gets stuck, at say 18% then aborts the sync, it leaves the track name on the phone and about 10 seconds of music. :twisted:

I tried to sync music to my old C500 and all works fine.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
