4.2.1.1 backup problem

does anyone know how to resolve the issue of the 4.2.1.1 ROM of the SPV C500 on backing it up to an SD card?

I always get the error that I do not have enough privledges to perform the action or something like that using tera team pro.

And yes the phone has been application unlocked :)
