call quality dead

think its the internal speaker but I cant hear anyone anymore - the call is harsh and breaks up (not the connection but the sound quality). Anyone had this problem - hopefully ukphoneshop will be able to help!

I did, except my phone speaker was completely dead (aka. no sound at all). I sent it in to be replaced and it was all perfect when it came back.
