Non-US - ROM Update

I am running a MPx220 on the Vodacom network in South Africa.

My current ROM version is 1.360.0.0 :)

The ROM update tool provided by Motorola only provides for Cingular users.

How do I update to the latest ROM (1.43 or higher)? please...

[Your advice was excellent and worked like a charm. However, now when you hold down the Home key, instead of getting the Quick List, the phone tries to link you to some Internet site. Do you know how to change this back or point me in the right direction?
