Audiovox 5600, Acrobat Reader Install problems

I have been trying to install Adobe's Acrobat reader on my Audiovox SMT 5600.

With version 2 the active sync goes well but on the phone I get this message:

"Adobe Reader for Pocket PC 2.0.CAB failed to install on your device because the installation file is not intended for this device."

With version 1 the result is the same with the message complaing about 1.0 instead of

2.0. Version 1 unpacks a cab file as part of the install files. I tried installing that on the

phone and here it complains about the digital signature being missing.

The phone IS application unlocked. I verified this with checklock.exe

Anyone have any better luck?

The program is ment for pocket pc`s and not for smartphones. You could use repligo to convert pdf`s to a format readable on you smartphone.

SMT5600 is a SmartPhone so Adobe Acrobat Reader for PocketPC won't install or work on your phone.

Try ClearVue instead:
