CF Card development for DELL AXIM PDA

I have a newbie question on developing CF card support for a PDA (Pocket PC Based). Will appreciate your help.

The Qualcomm GPSOne suupport a dual-band GSM with CDMA2000® 1X chipset solution.

Its specifications afre very close to a CF Card that we are trying to develop for the PDA. How do I find out whether it is possible to develop this CF card using the chipset( I am trying to have some basic idea .. any elementary level responses with pointer to available docs and/or forums will be appreciated).
