i-mate SP3i Photo Contacts not working

This application refuses to work on my device. I can assign photos, but they do not appear when I get a call from the contacts to whom I assigned photos. Instead I get a standard incoming call screen.

I run the app and leave it memory, but still no luck. There supposed to be a monitor icon, but in it only appears on any sreen other than the home screen. Any ideas?

Buy new version, I have the same problem vith Photo Contacts 1, but not with new, version 2!

But now, it erase my midi ring tone every time I soft reset the phone, it's really going on my nerves!!!

And it always plays increasing or midium loud melody, regardless it is set to LOUD in preferances!!!
