Hi all,

I wish to install Smart Explorer 2.0.2 on my phone

Do i need to app unlock my phone first ?

If so can someone lead me to a tutorial/instructions on how i do this

Also, can someone lead me to a tutorial or some instructions on how i install an application from a cab file
