Guest Pulgoso Posted July 27, 2005 Report Posted July 27, 2005 hey guys! kindly help me! my everytime i power on my sap it go to the bootloader the one with 3 colors. when i remove the battery and turn on again my device it still on the bootloader mode it cant turned on!

Guest Pulgoso Posted July 28, 2005 Report Posted July 28, 2005 i cant do a hard reset! even i try it to my other sap. it just open the canary mode. i need some advice on how to to the hard reset. i first hod the voice memo then press the power button then white screen saying press any key to bootloder appears then i hod the action button but it still stays in the canary screen

Guest Pulgoso Posted July 30, 2005 Report Posted July 30, 2005 hey guys! i successfully done a hard reset but when i power up my sap, i still get the canary screen. ibthink that the button for voice memo was stucked down so it was pressed permanently. can anybody thought me how to open the casing coz i dont see any bolt with the device.

Guest Pulgoso Posted August 2, 2005 Report Posted August 2, 2005 This guide from the pinned 'QUCK LINKS' thread of Help and Advice Section: http://www.geocities.com/dericksap/ <{POST_SNAPBACK}> it still doesent work. :cry: the problem was this. my sap version was 1.8.13 then i tried to downgrade it to 1.7 on order for me to sim unlock the phone but after i run the ateup for version 1.7, it just stop and this is what happen into my sap it was stucked in the bootloder. :oops: how will you consider a dead sap?????
Guest martin Posted August 2, 2005 Report Posted August 2, 2005 Try this ... 1 Put the SAP into the three colour screen. 2 Connect phone to USB. 3 Re-run the ROM update. You should be able to recover the phone this way.

You should be able to recover the phone this way. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> i already did that! but the upgrade is not responding to my phone. i have read an article in aifagev about the problem that i also have. they say that i should run the upgrade version 1.8 again, unfortunately i dont have that setup for ver 1.8. ive tried downloading it to smart but the screen teold me that the requested url cannot be found. is there any other site that i can download ver 1.8????? tnx very much!!!!!!!!
