I am sure there is a proper way of doing this, but I have in the past reset by installing the same rom several times without a hitch. Obviously it will erase any other data you have in phone memory. What I usually do is when downloading the rom from the site, save it to my hard drive to install when I want in the future. Like I said, it may not be the proper way to do it, but it worked for me. It will ask you if you want to overwrite the old one with the same, just agree and your away.
Guest DJBenson Posted July 29, 2005 Report Posted July 29, 2005 I was having some issues after installing the leaked C500 ROM so I installed the ROM from the official site. No idea if the two were identical but the problems seem to have gone and proved that installing the same version of ROM is not a problem.
