M500: Send files over bluetooth?

hi,

Its 2005 and in true M$ style its nearly impossible to nativly send files over bluetooth with a c500 or m500......it bugs me!!

Like with my old c500 i had to download smart explorer just so that i could send files over bluetooth (most of the time it wouldn't connect or would fail!) - I now find that its still not possible with my m500.

IS there an app out there which gives you the ability to send files over bluetooth to other phones or devices?? - I've tried resco file explorer, but the bluetooth option is only for iPaqs!! Anyone got some recommendations?

I've not had any trouble. you have to hld down stylus on file and then beam it. job done!

when it gets to the infra red screen, it also searches for bluetooth devices, gve it a few seconds and up pops the other phone, then you can send it :)

Yeah, just turn on BT, then go into file explorer and click beam. It will search for IrDA devices, but also BT ones as well (although without any notice at first). You can tell a BT device because it has a blue wave next to it.
