Syncing files with C550

Does anyone know of a way of automatically syncing files with a SPV C550.

I have a file in My Documents on my desktop which I would like to sync with the same file in My documents on the phone when I connect using Active Sync.

I have tried MightySync which works with a Pocket PC but it doesn't work with C550.
