Can you help? SPV C500

I was surfing the net on my C500 when it hung. It stayed like it for a while so I turned it off and took the battery out, hoping it would come back when I turned it back on.

When I turned it back on a short message flashed up saying something about a quick start or cold start?? The only option it gave was to click OK. When it came back, it had reset itself and so it appears as though I have lost all of my phone numbers / text messages etc.

I haven't created a backup and so I am wondering if there is anyway in which I can attempt to get my phone numbers back or are they toast?

Any ideas would be more than welcome.

Welcome to the forum :)

Sadly, unless you synced with Outlook or copied them onto your SIM you'll have to re-enter them all. There is no file recovery software for Smartphones.
