My MPX200 display color is off

My MPX200 with WM2003 usually display pictures in nice color. But couple of days ago, it stopped displaying full color, just like the computer monitor is changed to 256k instead of full color.

I've tried hard reset, reflash, reflash to different language rom, but the problem refuses to go away.

Have anyone met similar issue before? Or any advice to fix it?

Without actually seeing it, it sounds like the screen is faulty or possibly a dodgy connection.

I too have had this problem for about a month and I have tried the same things as you. I also notice that on startup, the HelloMoto screen flickers quite a bit. What is even more interesting is that most themes are unreadable, but any screen with no background seems to work just fine.

I have turned off as much of the graphical backgrounds as possible, and it at least makes the phone usable. My thought is that something has happened to the video memory or something, but would sure love to hear if anyone has a fix for this! I am just about ready to order another phone just to get graphics back on my screen.

ive actually forced this upon myself...it can be a dodgy connection with the plug over the exterior lcd that connects pretty much everything, the glue on the sticker plug for mine weakened, so i had to force connections because i dont have enough skill to fix it normally....

the plug has some amount of connections i dont know but theyre aligned like

one dot for each connection it makes, there three at teh bottom left that controls the colour, if one doesnt connect, you get the 256k look...
