M500 Contacts View Does not show full no

The contacts view, open a contact to get a phone number or email address, does not show the full phone number (part of it is removed due to the length of the entry). If I then try to display it the phone will start dialling the number, the only way around this is to select edit to view the complete number. Or using landscape view fixes the issue. I assume this is a Pocket PC Phone OS issue and not related to the M500/Orange but I it would be better to be able to display the complete contact data on one line? Does anybody have a work around?
