My Motorola mpx 220 cant start windows

Can any one help me? I cant start windows with my Motorola Mpx 220. Its just stuck on Motorolas Logo when i start the phone.

Do a hard reset by powering off the phone then press and hold the blue action button then power on. You will now see a screen saying Master reset YES NO.

Select No and see if the phone will boot as normal.

If this fails then the only option is to do a proper hard reset by selecting Yes.

This will wipe your phone and return it bck to it's default settings so you will have to reintall your apps and contacts again.
