Appointment Search in Calendar

Hey all,

I was trying to find a date of an appointment on the phone but found the aspect of searching through each month quite frustrating. Is there anyway of searching a keyword of a particular calendar event in MS Calendar?

If this is not possible, is there an alternative Calendar prog which performs this? In particular, those that can sync well with MS Outlook
