Help! Smt5600 Gprs with Hp 4700

My gprs is working on the smt5600 but I can't get hp 4700 to connect. I followed this guide exactly.

I am using fido here in Canada, I am on unlimited Gprs plan. I could use internet explorer and msn on smt5600 without any problems at all, but when I try connecting hp 4700 to the smt5600, it will pair but gprs wont work, I followed this guide step by step http://www.geekzone.co.nz/content.asp?contentid=449

I also tried changing the dialing number to the following with no luck.

*99***1#

*99#

few more and didn't work.

I am out of ideas and time, please lead me to get this up and running.

Any suggestions are welcomed.
